Managed hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, dependency and security maintenance, performance checks, and monthly reporting for lead-generating business websites.
Who this service is for
Small businesses that rely on their website for leads and want one accountable partner for hosting health, updates, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
What IFA delivers
Clear deliverables replace vague “optimization” promises. Final scope is documented in the client proposal.
A visible, accountable process
- 1
Stabilize
IFA documents the stack, access, DNS, dependencies, backups, analytics, and current performance baseline.
- 2
Monitor
We watch availability and address routine platform, dependency, and security maintenance.
- 3
Maintain
IFA reviews performance, broken paths, and agreed minor content changes, then documents completed work.
Transparent pricing
Launch pricing was benchmarked in July 2026 against comparable managed services—not DIY software subscriptions. Third-party usage or premium software is disclosed separately in the proposal when applicable.
90-day minimum, then cancel with 30 days written notice.
Frequently asked questions
Does this include a website redesign?
No. The plan maintains an existing site. New pages, major redesigns, complex features, or migrations are scoped separately unless included in another IFA service.
Is the domain registration included?
Domain ownership should remain with the client. Domain registration and premium third-party licenses may be billed separately.
What kinds of edits are included?
Routine edits are defined in the service agreement. New templates, integrations, copywriting, campaigns, and substantial development are separate project work.
Does maintenance include SEO?
Technical health supports SEO, but ongoing keyword strategy, content, citations, schema expansion, and authority work belong to the Digital Ecosystem service.
