Terms of Service

1. Services

IFA provides done-for-you AI automation services including:

• Riley AI Voice Receptionist (Slayer Suite™)
• Digital Ecosystem (SEO + GEO + AIO)
• Workflow Automation (CRM + Lead Nurturing + Chatbots)
• Website Hosting & Maintenance
• Full Stack AI Infrastructure
• Google Business Profile Management
• Reputation Jumpstart and Ongoing Review Generation
• Field Service Software Integrations

2. Commitment Period

• Riley AI Voice Receptionist: 60-day minimum commitment, then cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
• Digital Ecosystem, Google Business Profile Management, and Full Stack AI Infrastructure: 90-day minimum commitment for ongoing organic/local-search optimization, then cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
• Reputation Jumpstart: One-time service with no recurring minimum commitment.
• Workflow Automation, Ongoing Review Generation, Website Hosting & Maintenance, and Field Service Software Integrations: Any applicable minimum or cancellation terms are stated in the proposal or service agreement.

Where written notice applies, send it to jalen@infiniteflowagents.com. The signed proposal or service agreement controls if it states more specific scope, term, renewal, or cancellation provisions.

3. Pricing

Pricing is flat-fee as stated on the Pricing page at time of agreement. Setup fees are due at onboarding. Monthly fees are billed in advance. The standard Field Service Software Integrations service begins at $997 setup plus $337/month for one approved workflow on one client-selected platform, subject to feasibility and available integration access.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
