The managed-service fee covers IFA's implementation and ongoing management of IFA CRM, powered by GoHighLevel. Messaging, phone, email, AI, and other third-party usage may be billed separately at cost or under the client agreement. White-label appearance depends on the configured agency domain, branding, email, and app settings, so not every third-party or system surface is automatically IFA-branded.

Can IFA connect my field-service software?

Yes, when the platform and plan provide suitable API, webhook, or supported connector access. Complex integrations are scoped through the Field Service Software Integrations service.

Does IFA send cold automated messages?

IFA designs consent-based workflows. Clients are responsible for their lists and legal obligations, while IFA implements opt-out and timing controls appropriate to the agreed campaign.
