This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Infinite Flow Agents, a Florida Registered Fictitious Name (DBA) operated as a sole proprietorship ("IFA," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at www.infiniteflowagents.com, our Riley AI Voice Receptionist (powered by the Slayer Suite™), and all related automation and digital services.

1. Information We Collect

1.3 AI Voice Call Data (Riley AI Receptionist — Slayer Suite™)

When your business uses our Riley AI Voice Receptionist service, calls handled by Riley may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and service delivery purposes. Call recordings and transcripts may include caller names, phone numbers, service requests, and other information shared during the call. By using the Riley service, you (as our client) are responsible for notifying your callers that calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law, including Florida's two-party consent statute (§ 934.03, Fla. Stat.).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our AI automation and digital marketing services
  • Communicate with you about your account, services, and support requests
  • Send you SMS text messages and phone calls related to your service (see Section 4 for TCPA disclosure)
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent; you may opt out at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Analyze usage trends to improve our website and services
  • Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM and marketing automation), ElevenLabs (AI voice technology), Twilio (voice/SMS communications), Make.com (workflow automation), Stripe (payment processing), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile (social media and business listing platforms). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

4. SMS / Text Message & TCPA Compliance

Important Notice Regarding SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and automated phone calls from Infinite Flow Agents at the number you provided. This consent is provided under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service and account activity.
  • To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us.

  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
